Q: Do I need previous martial arts experience?
A: Absolutely not! We welcome everyone who’s brave enough to walk through our doors. A blank canvas is a great starting place.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a water bottle. Comfortable gym attire is also a good idea. We have uniforms for sale and ones to borrow if you’re not ready to go all out yet.
Q: At what age can my child start their training?
A: 5 years old is our starting point. If we decide down the road to add a younger age group we will let you know.
Q: Am I too old to start Jiu-Jitsu now?
A: You’re never too old or out of shape to start. We’ve got students from 5-65 years old that train in our club. Try to listen to your body and always go easy when you’re new to the sport.
